Hello..
Others have probably used the guides there for years, but they are new to me so I have no idea how accurate they are. I have downloaded the Dubrovnik guide but I have not had time to read it in full yet. As for Split, Rick Steves has a good DIY walking tour in his Croatia and Slovenia guidebook, and you can pick up other tours from the Tourist Office in the centre.
